Regular treatments with a licensed esthetician have so many benefits! You are receiving an expert analysis of your skin. This allows us to develop a personalized skincare routine specifically catered to you. For some, that may be correcting or improving any current skin issues or concerns (ex: acne, hyperpigmentation). For others, this may be maintaining your skin's current state or preventing any future skin issues (ex: aging). Licensed estheticians also provide relaxing treatments that can be a source of stress relief or self care for some clients. Most importantly, licensed estheticians have a wealth of knowledge and professional advice that you can't find on tiktok or in the skincare aisle at your local drugstore or on amazon!

What makes EB Skin Studio stand out from other spas and estheticians is my background and my education. I'm a licensed esthetician, nationally registered EMT-B, and phlebotomist. My background is in healthcare, but that doesn't stop here! The skin is an organ (the largest of our body) and I am passionate about educating my clients on the importance of taking care of it! I also love finding out the "why" behind every skin condition, treatment, and product in order to properly treat and educate my clients. Additionally, working in both a hospital setting and a private surgical practice have shown me how much of a difference individually catering to each person's needs can make. At EB Skin Studio, I strive to help everyone achieve healthy, glowing skin. There's something special about being able to make someone feel better about themselves. Appearance isn't everything, but when you look good -- you feel better!
What's the difference between an esthetician and a dermatologist?

Both estheticians and dermatologists are licensed professionals who can help with your skincare needs. Estheticians are skincare experts trained to provide professional treatments. They can offer guidance and education for a home care regimen, professional treatments, and offer additional education about the skin. Dermatologists are doctors who specialize in the skin, hair, and nails. They can diagnose and treat conditions and prescribe medications. For some clients, working with both an esthetician and a dermatologist is the way to go!

I'm a new client, which facial service should I book?

Welcome to EB Skin Studio! For new clients, you can book any facial service. If we decide another treatment might be better for your needs, we can change the plan on the day of your appointment. Just because you booked one type of appointment, does not lock you into receiving that treatment. I always include time for a consultation with my clients and sometimes after discussing your skin concerns and goals, we decide another treatment might be a better fit! This adaptability ensures every client leaves with a plan tailored to their unique skin concerns. If you have questions, feel free to contact me as well!
